The Finned Tela Weatherstrip is designed for heavy-duty furniture and industrial applications, while also serving as a high-performance sealing solution for aluminum, PVC, and wood door/window systems. Its double-layer composite structure offers unique performance in the industry. The combination of a 0.7 mm rigid PP base with an array of millimetric TPU fins provides a compressive strength of 2500 N/mm², and the PP fibers (5000 filaments/cm²) effectively block dust and water ingress.   

A key feature of this product is that each bundle of fibers can move independently, ensuring full contact even on irregular surfaces. Its construction complies with DIN 4109 sound insulation standards, achieving 38 dB sound absorption and creating quiet comfort zones. With moisture absorption below 0.05%, this solution is used in office furniture, hospital door systems, and industrial cold rooms, maintaining flexibility even at –50°C.
